Sany Transmission invests heavily in research and development, boasting over 450 senior and mid-level research and development talents, with a total of 542 patents, including 81 invention patents. We have established research and development centers in Changsha, Changshu, Loudi, Hangzhou, and other locations across China. These centers undertake national development and reform commission and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology research projects, as well as national torch plan industrial demonstration projects. We have been honored with titles such as Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute, Jiangsu Provincial Track-mounted Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Hangzhou Enterprise High-tech Research and Development Center, and Hangzhou Patent Pilot Enterprise.

Our independently developed high-speed heavy-duty engineering machinery large-flow hydraulic system core components have won the National Technology Invention Award. Key technologies for hydraulic cylinders have been awarded the China Patent Gold Award. Sany cylinders have contributed to three Guinness World Records achievements for Sany concrete pumps. The four-in-one belt product for excavator chassis components has won the National Manufacturing Single Item Champion award.
