SANY wins three industry awards!

Recently, China Machinery Industry Federation and Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society officially announced the 2023 "Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award" winning projects, SANY won three awards in one go.


The "Research and Application of  Key Technologies of Large-Span Fire Truck for Complex Environment" and "Research and Application of New Generation Intelligent Pump Trucks" completed by Sany Automobile won the second prize and the third prize of Technological Invention Award respectively. The "Series Standard for Off-highway Dump Truck of Earthmoving machinery  (GB/T 35192-2017~GB/T 35197-2017)" jointly completed by SANY Mining Machinery and other units won the second prize of Technical Invention Award.


The Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, jointly established byChina Machinery Industry Federation and Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, is a comprehensive science and technology award for national machinery industry, with Technology Invention Award and Science and Technology Progress Award, to commend units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the scientific and technological work in the machinery industry, and to promote the development of science and technology in the machinery industry.



"Research and Application of  Key Technologies of Large-Span Fire Truck for Complex Environmen" focuses on cutting-edge equipment and technology around the world-famous fire fighting and rescue problem in large-span space buildings.


The full-folding fire truck arm assembly based on the principle of human bionics developed by the project has overcome the technical problems of cross-obstacle, accurate and efficient fire extinguishing in large-span space buildings of elevated jet fire trucks.The X-type outrigger flexible stroke support technology and vehicle anti-rollover control technology solve the problem of safe and efficient operation of elevated jet trucks under complex conditions. The key technology of multi-medium injection and equipments realize the highly efficient application of elevated jet trucks with water, foam, dry powder and heavy-duty powder in special dangerous fire scenes such as metals, solids petrochemical and so on.


The series innovative results of the project have not only passed the test of the National  Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Firefighting Equipment , with remarkable economic and social benefits, but also won unanimous praise in the actual combat.


The "Research and Application of Key Technologies of the New Generation of Intelligent Pump Truck" project is a new generation of pump truck developed on the basis of lightweight boom vibration control technology, casting integrated valve set technology, power system control technology of special engine of pump truck and big data cloud platform technology.


The lightweight boom vibration control technology developed in this project greatly improves the handling stability of the pump boom. The cast integrated hydraulic valve set for pump truck solves the problems of complex oil circuit, difficult assembly and high pressure loss. Adaptive closed-loop control power matching technology effectively improves the fuel economy of the engine under pumping conditions. And independently-developed big data "pumping" cloud platform that integrates distributed storage, data modeling and deployment, and visual display, empowering the intelligent operation and maintenance of new generation pump trucks.


The new generation of pump truck has been widely recognized in the market, and has been sold to more than 20 countries and regions around the world, maintaining the first market share for many consecutive years.
