A new breakthrough! 260 tons of excavator chassis parts successfully off the assembly line!

The 350-pitch track roller, carrier roller and track products are all independently designed and developed, suitable for 260 ~ 300 tons of extra-large excavators, breaking the technological monopoly, and achieving technological updates.

The wheel body and axle are made of high-hardenability high-strength alloy steel, and the special heat treatment process can meet the needs of high strength and high wear resistance to the largest extent. Seal, bushing and other key components adopt well-known industry brands, which can meet the requirements of complex load, all-weather conditions in mine conditions. The track shoe is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy high-strength cast steel, formed by integral casting process, and the pin is made of high-strength medium carbon alloy steel. The key components are tempered and strengthened by induction heat treatment, which ensures the strength and wear resistance to the maximum extent, and can meet the requirements of complex loads in mining conditions. In addition, the assembly connection adopts a gap fit, which is convenient for on-site assembly and replacement.
