The piston rod undergoes advanced processes such as friction welding, high-frequency quenching, and nickel-chromium composite plating/laser cladding to enhance wear resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance, thereby extending product lifespan. The cylinder tube is made of high-strength materials developed in collaboration with steel mills, meeting requirements for low temperature and fatigue. Developed using bore roller pressing technology, the cylinder tube ensures surface roughness and dimensional accuracy of the inner bore, enhancing product reliability, low-temperature resistance, and smooth operation at low speeds. Our products undergo online automatic flaw detection, online three-coordinate and optical dimension inspection, and recording, ensuring product quality and traceability. With capabilities for pulse, tension, offset load, high-frequency reciprocation, buffering, high and low temperature, and environmental cylinder testing we confidently guarantee product reliability.
