In the machining workshop of Sany Shuozhou Phase I monocrystalline silicon project, the cutting machine has been officially produced after debugging, and a thin diamond wire can cut monocrystalline silicon rods with a diameter of 250 mm and divide them into short round rods of different lengths according to demand.

Wang Zhengqiang, Production Manager of Sany Shuo Phase I monocrystalline silicon Project: At present, all 160 furnaces on the northwest side of our monocrystalline workshop have been set up, 45 furnaces have been delivered for equipment commissioning, and crystal rods have been produced successively in the past two days. A piece of equipment in machining workshop has been debugged yesterday and officially put into operation today. Equipment in cutting workshop has been transported one after another, and debugging is also being carried out in the past two days. It is also planned the normal operation of cutting workshop before the New Year.

Wang Zhengqiang, Production Manager of Sany Shuo phase I monocrystalline silicon project said that during this period of the New Year, we expect that the overall planning of the entire industrial chain is to be completed and must operate normally. According to him, in the production workshop, the  monocrystalline rod is produced and transferred to the machining workshop where the long rod is cut into short round rod, which is then ground into square rod in the grinding workshop before beling ground and polished. The square rod is transported to the slicing workshop, where the slicing begins and the assembly is carried out in the later stage.
