The 2023 intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration action is jointly carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the General Administration of Market Regulation, aiming to select a number of intelligent manufacturing excellent scenes, build a number of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and smart supply chains in the way of unveiling the list, and select a number of leading enterprises in various industries and fields. We will promote the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing.

Zhejiang Sany Equipment Co., Ltd. and Sany Automobile Lifting Machinery Co., LTD., a total of 9 scenarios were selected, including the deployment of intelligent manufacturing equipment, the construction of production site equipment control system, to achieve real-time control and efficient collaboration of production equipment, testing equipment, logistics equipment, etc., and improve production efficiency 30%-50% of intelligent collaborative work scenarios; Self-developed APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling System) to achieve a variety of limited capabilities and resources under the intelligent planning and scheduling, order delivery cycle reduced by 30%, delivery rate of 99% production planning optimization scenario; On the basis of the PLM system, the three platforms of self-research and design, test and trial production realize the online development of R & D business and the integration of R & D manufacturing, and the overall development efficiency increases by more than 30% of the product digital R & D and design scenarios.

Previously, the Ministry of Industry and other departments have cumulatively selected two batches of 209 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory unveiling units and 630 intelligent manufacturing excellent scenes, Among them, SANY successfully unveiled the "high-end pumping engineering equipment intelligent manufacturing Demonstration factory", "wind power host and blade intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory", "basic construction equipment intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory", "heavy equipment intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory" and production line flexible configuration scenario, product intelligent online detection scenario and other excellent scenarios.
