SANY Heavy Industry: Pursue the dream "the Belt and Road " polish "Chinese brand"

On October 9, Hunan Satellite TV launched a special report on "Chinese Builders pursuing the Dream of the 'Belt and Road'", focusing on SANY's positive response tothe "Belt and Road" initiative, construction of Indonesia's "lighthouse factory", in-depth participation in the construction of Jakara-Bandung high-speed rail, which "shines" the "Chinese brand".

The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway has also driven China's intelligent manufacturing and construction machinery to go abroad, and SANY Indonesia's "lighthouse factory" is one of the typical representatives.

SANY Indonesia "lighthouse factory" is the first overseas "lighthouse factory" in China's construction machinery industry, which was officially completed and put into operation last year.

This factory combines the core results of SANY’s more than 40 “lighthouse factories” in China, with more than 500 variou robots, but there are only about 100 workers. Automatic welding robots operate accurately; AGV cars shuttle and move between production lines and  warehouses.In the  production area of nearly 10,000 square meters, human-machine highly collaborative assembly, logistics debugging and other major processes allow the achievement of full network connection and unmanned production.

Song Ruixue, general manager of SANY Indonesia "lighthouse factory": SANY Indonesia ighthouse factory adopts a set of Digital Twin System, which enables the seeing of  status and operation of the equipment. We will invest manpower for the adjustment of the equipment according to the capacity load,  to greatly improve the production efficiency.

SANY has specially set up 3 service outlets along the Jakarto-Bandung high-speed railway with resident service engineers to ensure the smooth construction of the project.

There are 13 tunnels in the entire line of Jakarto-Bandung high-speed railway, and SANY’s construction machinery participated in 12 of them, among which the rock layer strength of tunnel 11 is above 120 mpa, however, blasting was not possible due to   external environment constraints. The project department adopted the boring machine produced by SANY through multiple verification, and successfully completed the tunnel through.
