International leading! Internationally advanced! SANY's 12 scientific and technological achievements passed appraisal.

Recently,  “High-end excavator key technology research and application” and other 12 scientific and technological achievements, led by SANY Group, undertaken and completed by SANY Heavy Machine, STE, Lilong and Zhongxing, successfully passed the identification organized by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, of which 3 reached the “international leading” level, and 9 reached the “international advanced” level.

The appraisal committee is composed of experts from China Construction Machinery Industry Association, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Chang 'an University, Yanshan University, Nanjing University of Technology, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, China General Institute of Mechanical Science Research Group Co., LTD., and National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center.

The experts visited the production site of the product, listened to the scientific and technological achievements reported by the project team, reviewed the relevant information, and after strict questioning and discussion, agreed that all the 12 scientific and technological achievements of Trinity have passed the identification, and the overall technical performance indicators have reached the "international leading" and "international advanced" level.

Among them, the three achievements of high-end excavator complete machine, SY2600E fully electronic controlled excavator and adaptive multi-way valve have reached the international leading level. Long-life and high-reliability reducer, high-load and anti-fatigue slewing bearing, intelligent power shift transmission, safe lightweight wet brake bridge, high-pressure and high-speed electronic piston pump, high-pressure automatic variable speed motor, quantitative circulation temperature control rotary motor, high-pressure and high-speed impact resistant hydraulic cylinder, domestic independent high-precision controller and other 9 achievements have reached the international advanced level.

During the appraisal process, the participating experts gave high recognition to Sany's independent innovation ability and highly praised the innovation achievements. The appraisal project broke through the relevant key technologies, realized the independent and controllable product technology, and ensured the safety of the industrial chain and supply chain.

The 12 scientific and technological achievements have all passed the identification, once again highlighting Sany's research and development innovation ability and industry leading position, and also providing strong technical and industrial support for the excavator industry.
