A delegation from Hong Kong Construction Industry Council Vvsited SANY Group

Recently, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Construction Industry Council Chairman He Ancheng, Executive director Zheng Dingning, General Manager Guo Guanhong, Hu Qizong, Huang Chunquan, together with Hong Kong industry professionals visited Hunan SANY Group for exchange and investigation. During the period, they mainly visited Sany Changsha Industrial Park No. 18 factory, Sany Yungu School Project, Sany Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park and Sany Construction Engineering Miluo Industrial Park. Tang Xiuguo, rotating chairman and president of SANY Group, received the visiting party.

The delegation of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council first visited the No. 18 lighthouse factory, and Chairman Ho Ancheng highly praised Sany's unmanned unloading and sorting technology, heavy-duty vertical warehouse storage technology, robot automatic team formation technology, and overweight machining automatic loading and unloading technology, which is a highly flexible, high-efficiency and low-cost heavy equipment production system.

In order to fully understand the "159" intelligent construction solution of Sany Construction, the delegation came to visit the Xingsha Yungu Experimental School affiliated to Hunan Normal University. This project is awarded the "Changsha Intelligent Construction Demonstration Project", with its whole process adopting the Zhuxiang Cloud Platform, based on which  the online collaborative management of the whole life cycle of the project, related roles and related elements are realized, and  the technology of "cavity wall column +equivalent heterogeneity + mold fixture + in-plane operation" is also fully applied. The project also adopts construction robots, intelligent tower cranes, electric excavators, electric road rollers, electric pump trucks, electric slag trucks and other electric equipment, truly realizing intelligent construction.

At the symposium, everyone actively discussed "building a new ecology of intelligent construction", and conducted in-depth exchanges on Sany's related products, intelligent manufacturing and applications, combined with the needs of domestic and Hong Kong markets.

In the Sany Zhilian Heavy Truck Industrial Park, the delegation visited the Sany Heavy Truck Factory, the whole line of heavy truck products, and advanced electrification technologies such as hydrogen exchange stations and power exchange station.

In addition, the delegation also went to Sany Construction Miluo Industrial Park for field visits, which is the largest intelligent manufacturing base for professional equipment for construction industrialization in China, as well as a R&D test base for Sany Construction intelligent construction technology with an industry-leading cavity component lighthouse factory. In manufacturing workshop, they visited the on-site operation of PC complete sets of equipment, AC complete sets of equipment, steel bar equipment, complete sets of tooling molds, transportation and crushing recycling and other supporting equipment.

Through this investigation and exchange, members of the Construction Industry Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and accompanying experts of the Hong Kong industry agreed that SANY Group's products are quite suitable for current needs of the construction industry in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Construction Industry Council said that the exchange was very rewarding, and it is willing to work with industry colleagues of SANY and Hong Kong  to promote further cooperation, follow up on cooperation opportunities, and look forward to more exchanges in the future.
